A cookbook geared towards runners co-authored by whole foods chef Elyse Kopecky and Olympic medalist Shalane Flanagan. Runners put a lot of stress on their bodies and often don’t realize how important diet can be in performance and recovery. This cookbook focuses on eating a balanced, whole-foods diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that runners so badly need. As the cookbook assistant, I can attest to how delicious these recipes are!
