I know, the title won you over — who doesn’t want some nutty seed bread? My first attempt at GF bread…I like to share both failed and successful dishes. This I am sorry to report was a failure for me. It was more like a seed brick that crumbled upon contact…I will admit that it was a tasty seed loaf…however, I would not go so far as to call it “bread”. I attribute this result to my lack of experience in the bread making department and my omission of the psyllium seed husks, which are supposed to act as a binder. Better luck next time!
